  • Oversee end-to-end delivery of ERP programs, ensuring quality, scalability, and adherence to architectureguidelines
  • Guide teams through design validation, build governance, and deployment readiness
  • Lead multi-country rollouts, cutover strategies, and go-live execution
  • Ensure robust data migration strategy and execution across entities and systems
  • Manage risks, dependencies, and cross-functional alignment during deployment phases

Run & Operate

  • Establish and oversee support models, governance frameworks, and SLA adherence
  • Ensure stability and performance of iScala solutions across regions
  • Provide escalation support for critical business and system issues
  • Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure efficient operations and service delivery

Optimization & Continuous Improvement

  • Continuously refine and prioritize backlog based on business feedback, analytics, and performance data
  • Drive feature enhancements, automation, and user experience improvements
  • Identify and execute cost optimization and efficiency initiatives
  • Ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory and financial reporting requirements

Phase-Out & Decommissioning

  • Plan product lifecycle transitions including retirement and system decommissioning
  • Ensure smooth migration of users and data to new platforms or capabilities
  • Oversee data retention, archival, and compliance requirements
  • Conduct post-release and phase-out reviews to inform future roadmap decisions

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or related discipline 
  • MBA or a relevant Master’s degree preferred 
  • Minimum 12+ years of ERP experience, with strong focus on iScala / Epicor ERP
  • 2–3 full lifecycle iScala implementations 
  • Experience in global template design and multi-country deployments preferred 

Core Skills & Expertise

  • Strong functional expertise in:
  • Order Management, Sales Processing, Billing
  • Accounts Receivable (AR), Credit & Collections
  • General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Fixed Assets
  • Inventory Management, Procurement, and Logistics
  • Strong experience working in multi-country ERP environments (LATAM, APAC, EMEA, North America)
  • Deep understanding of global business processes with localization requirements (tax, compliance, invoicing)
  • Hands-on experience managing multi-entity ERP landscapes with global templates and regional variations
  • Experience in cross-country deployments, rollouts, and support models
  • Strong understanding of intercompany processes and cross-region financial flows
  • Hands-on experience with iScala configuration, customization, and support
  • Knowledge of SQL, reporting tools, and ERP data structures
  • Experience in integrations (APIs, ETL, middleware platforms)
  • Knowledge of data migration, MDM, and governance in multi-country setups
  • Ability to drive standardization while accommodating regional differences
